The prize draw starts on Friday 29 May 2024, and ends on Sunday 2 June 2024 and is subject to these terms and conditions.

THE PRIZES

The prize will be organised by and all information communicated with the winners by the National Youth Theatre:

  • Two tickets to see Romeo & Juliet at the Duke of York’s Theatre, London on Monday 3rd June at 7.30pm. Dates are non-transferrable. Attendees must be over 15s only.

WHO CAN ENTER

ALL entrants are deemed as accepting these terms and conditions.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

HOW TO ENTER

The prize draw can only be entered via this website with a minimum ticket price of £10 or by post. See below:

It is possible to enter this prize draw for free. On a blank sheet of paper, or postcard, write your full name, postal address, email address, contact mobile number, country of residence and date of birth. Please post your entry to the charity Head Office and reference the name of the event - ‘Romeo & Juliet’ This needs to be written down in very clear writing, otherwise the entry may be deemed invalid. Please send the sheet of paper or postcard in an envelope to the charity Head Office via either first or second class post to: National Youth Theatre, 443-445 Holloway Road, London N7 6LW. A maximum of one entry can be made per postcard or envelope received. There is no limit to the number of entries that may be made this way. Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as any one paid entry. If a postal entry wins a prize there will be no further purchase or payment necessary to be notified of the win or to receive the prize. If the above steps are not followed as described then a postal entry will be invalid. You will not be notified if your entry is invalid. Postal entries are treated in exactly the same way as paid entries for the purposes of determining a winner. However, there is a difference in the deadlines for entries.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. The prize draw closes at 10am on Sunday 2nd June and will be drawn on Sunday 2nd June at Midday.
  2. The National Youth Theatre will notify the winners by email who must reply to accept the prize. No travel or expenses will be covered by the National Youth Theatre. Entries will close on Sunday 26 November 2023 at Midnight. Entries received after this date and time will not be valid.
  3. Winners will be chosen at random. The winners will have 24 hours to accept the prize after being contacted by the National Youth Theatre, or risk forfeiting to a new winner chosen at random
  4. There is no cash alternative available for this prize draw.
  5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries where contact details were entered incorrectly.
  7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
  9. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. By participating in this prize draw, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  11. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by the United Kingdom’s law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
  12. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current United Kingdom data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  13. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network.
  15. You are providing your information to the National Youth Theatre and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy.
  16. The National Youth Theatre shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  17. The National Youth Theatre also reserves the right to cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise outside of its control.
