As our summer activity continues around the country we wanted to share some resources that people might find useful following the recent riots and the tragic event in Southport.

We have wellbeing workers on all our courses who are there to support the young people taking part and they can contact their company manager if they’d like to speak to them. This support is alongside culture workshops and spaces for specific groups that are held to support young people during their time working with us.
We always advise young people to travel in groups when taking part in our activity. If young people taking part, parents, guardians or carers are concerned about travel they can speak to their course assistant or company manager.
We also recommend that young people taking part in our activity save their NYT company manager’s number in their phone. You can also call us between 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday at our HQ on 020 3696 7066
Our duty of care to the safety of the young people we work with is our top priority and that we will continue to review the situation and put in additional measures if and when needed
